Payment & Card Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store, access, or retain your payment card data. Stripe handles all payment processing according to their privacy and security standards.

Email Management

We use MailerLite to manage email communications. Your email address and contact preferences are stored securely with MailerLite in accordance with their privacy practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your information only with The Crone House, Marble Moon Interiors, and Rich Experiences as stated above, and with service providers (Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email) who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

About the Art

All artworks featured in the Marble Moon Interiors × Richmond Symphony League Designer House 2026 installation are sold as-is. The Crone House acts as the selling agent for the artists. Each artwork is handled with care, but we encourage you to view pieces in person during the installation to appreciate their full quality and presence.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change prior to your purchase confirmation. Full payment is required to confirm your purchase, unless you've arranged an approved payment plan (see Payment Plans section below). A payment plan does not guarantee availability—the artwork is held pending receipt of the deposit payment.

Ownership Transfer

Title and ownership of the artwork transfer to you upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, The Crone House retains ownership of the piece.

Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we have reasonable concerns about the transaction or the buyer's intentions.

Photography belongs to its respective creators. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the rights holder.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Shipping & Delivery

During the Installation

All artworks remain on display at Designer House 2026 through the close of the installation run. This allows you time to enjoy the works in their curated setting and make your final decision.

Pickup Option

Pickup is available from the installation site by appointment. To arrange a pickup time, contact robin@marblemooninteriors.com.

Richmond-Area Delivery

We offer delivery to the greater Richmond area. Delivery fees are based on the size and weight of the artwork and the distance to your address. A delivery quote will be provided after your purchase is confirmed.

Long-Distance & White-Glove Shipping

Artworks can be shipped anywhere in the country via professional art shipping services. White-glove delivery is available for delicate or valuable pieces. A shipping quote will be provided after your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Insurance & Packing

Ceramics and fragile works are professionally packed to museum standards. Insurance responsibility transfers to the buyer once a work is packed and ready for transit—we strongly recommend arranging fine art transit insurance through your homeowner's policy or a specialist insurer before your piece ships. We recommend white gloves or careful handling when unpacking.

Upon Delivery

The Crone House and Marble Moon Interiors are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery is accepted by the buyer. Please inspect the piece immediately upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. This policy reflects the nature of original art—each piece is unique and created by the artist specifically for this exhibition.

Exception: Transit Damage

The only exception is if an artwork arrives damaged during shipping. To claim transit damage:

If damage in transit is confirmed, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement piece (where possible) at our discretion.

Color & Display Notes

Color variations between how an artwork appears on your screen and how it looks in person are expected and normal. Differences in lighting, monitor settings, and camera capture do not constitute grounds for return.

Discrepancies in Description

If an artwork arrives materially different from how it was described on the site, contact robin@marblemooninteriors.com immediately with photos. We'll work to resolve the issue fairly.

Payment Plans

We believe collecting original art should be open to anyone who connects with a piece. If the standard terms below don't fit your situation, don't hesitate to reach out—we're genuinely happy to work out a plan that makes it possible.

Eligibility

Payment plans are available for artworks priced at $500 or more.

How It Works

The artwork remains on display at Designer House 2026 through the close of the installation, regardless of your payment plan status.

Late Payments

If the balance is not received within 90 days, we reserve the right to release the hold on the artwork and return the deposit.
